Multiware PawCom is a COM/ActiveX interface that simplifies transfer of data directly between Peachtree company data files and any application that is COM-compatible, such as MS Office, VB, VisualStudio.NET, Delphi, C++ and other popular development tools. PawCom is intended for anyone who needs to extend the capability of the basic Peachtree package.

PawCom V2.9 also includes some features that are not in the Peachtree software:

• Advanced Maintain Customer form that combines Peachtree's customer data with external information, providing more custom fields, unlimited notes, tasks, and multiple-contact data, and the ability to drill down through invoices to check the status of ordered items.
• Ability to write an invoice in text form to the clipboard. This is useful if you want to include an invoice within the body of an email message.
• Ability to print multiple invoices and packing slips in one operation.

PawCom also includes an extensive sample front end in MS Access, which includes a complete set of forms and reports for displaying data. PawCom works on systems where one of the following Peachtree products is installed:

• Peachtree Quantum™ 2007, 2008
• Peachtree Premium™ Accounting 2004-2008 (including Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, and Accountant's Editions)
• Peachtree Complete® Accounting: V7, V8, 2002-2008
• Peachtree® Accounting: V7, V8, 2002-2008
• Peachtree First Accounting®: V7, V8, 2002-2008
