Multiware has created a FREE Data Checker that you can download to passively analyze your database for physical damage.

If you think your data needs repair, you can upload it to us and we will analyze your data FREE to determine whether it is repairable. If it is repairable and you authorize repair, you can choose between two services:

• Standard Repair
  • Typical turnaround is 2 business days or less (severely damaged data may require longer).
  • Repairs performed during normal business hours.
  • $450 flat fee.
• Express Repair
  • Typical turnaround within 1 business day.
  • Priority repair including overnight and weekends.
  • $650 flat fee.

Actual repair time will depend on the size of the database, the nature of the problem, and whether we need to contact you for additional information.

Security: Your data is kept completely confidental. We provide a secure site for you to upload and download your data, and while we are working on your data it never leaves our home office. We typically hold your repaired data for a short period in case there are any follow-up issues, then remove it completely from our computers.
